The difference in price is the fact that the Hybrid comes with the ability to get 45 miles to the gallon on the highway. That is well worth the extra cost upfront. You get the comfort of the sedan and the energy savings of a Hybrid.
Each model of the 2010 Honda Civic comes with options that are for luxury. There are some safety improvements as well. The 2010 Honda Civic won the award for safety from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
